SHIPPING

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post for most orders. We take great care to package your items carefully so they will arrive safely. Although your items are tracked, they are not insured and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged once they’ve left our possession.

SHOP HOURS & PICKUP

Our shop is at Dirty Janes Emporium, 80 Collie St Fyshwick, open 10am to 5 pm 7 days.

Our Workspace Studio is located at 1592 Murrumbateman Road, Gundaroo by appointment.

ITEMS LEFT IN OUR CARE

We accept no responsibility for furniture or other items left in our care after 30 days of final notice to please remove. After 90 days anything remaining unclaimed will be donated.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For paint and paint related items, no refunds are available unless product is faulty. If there is a problem, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at info@artisanpaintcompany.com.au and we will endeavour to correct it as we value your patronage.
