Our beautiful Blue Italian brushes are hand made in Italy exclusively for us. The Krex® fibres are cutting edge technology to ensure the smoothest finish possible with a brush! The fibres are long, strong, flexible and super fine with a tapered end to allow easy application of paint and a stroke free finish. Available in oval, flat and round brushes. Artisan Blue Italian brushes feature advanced synthetic fibres, which help to produce a smooth, contemporary finish. The brushes are designed to take a large amount of paint and to apply the paint evenly, minimising brush marks. Paint simply rinses away in water, so they are simple to maintain.
Our Artisan Brush Soap is a must have in your tool bag. It combines coconut, olive and rice bran oils with the gorgeous perfume of Persian lime and lemongrass to keep your precious brushes clean, conditioned and smelling sweet! Perfect for all acrylic and water based paints, and all brush types, it is also a safe and gentle way to wash your hands after painting. To Use:
- Rinse your brush with cool water then swirl the bristles over the soap.
- Gently massage the rich lather through the brush bristles, or swirl bristles on an Artisan Scrubby.
- Continue to massage foam through bristles and then thoroughly rinse your brush under warm water. Always rinse your brush holding it tip down so paint residue doesn’t get lodged in the ferrule during cleaning.
- Spin off excess water
- Shape bristles and leave to dry
Our Brush Soap can also help to remove old, dried paint from the bristles and around the ferrule of your brushes. Apply the soap and massage in as described above. When you have a thick foam, either wrap in Clingwrap or place the brush into a jar of warm/hot water and soak overnight. Reapply soap in the morning, working up a rich lather, then rinse thoroughly and enjoy using your rescued brush. Rinse soap after use and leave unsealed to dry .Keep jar sealed when not in use. Our solid bar soap comes in a 110g jar, and being a bar soap will last for ages! Artisan Brush Soap is non-toxic, solvent free, and biodegradable.
The Artisan Brush Scrubber effortlessly cleans dried crusted paint from brush bristles. Simply rinse brush, swirl onto our gorgeous Brush Soap and then swirl vigorously on the scrubber.
